The room is recently renovated and neat with a great view, everything is perfect. The breakfast is varied and satisfactory served with sausage, croissants plus hard boiled eggs. All of the hotel's staff are excellent and affable.

Tidy property, very amiable and excellent staff. Comfy beds in our twin room. Very comfortable bathrooms with a walk-in shower.

Our rooms at this place were well furnished and airy with a great bathroom. Peaceful and secure location for visiting restaurants and bars minutes from the hotel.

The hotel had beautiful grounds with a lovely pool. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice with a great shower. the hotel was in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the town and surrounding areas.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the hotel locked the gates at a certain time, which meant that if you weren't back by then, you couldn't reenter.

A beautifully converted Portuguese villa with lovely garden, pool and closed basement parking. Clean and comfortable - definitely an 8. A bit more imagination with the breakfast and a couple of smiles would rate it a 9.

Thank you all for a nice stay for 5 nights. Provided breakfast was rich with cheeses and hard boiled eggs, exceeded our expectations. The location turned out to be good, close enough to Lisbon, Sintra and other interesting places, beaches and Cascais where there is a wider variety of bars.

Clean and well-maintained hotel, with daily cleaning and spotless rooms. Nice pool area for taking a dip and cooling off.

The pillows in the rooms were worn out and uncomfortable, in desperate need of replacement.

This is a delightful, family-run, hotel. The décor is very tasteful, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. I would strongly recomment this hotel.

The staff do not speak much English, but they do their best. If you know French, you will get on much better! But their friendliness and helpfulness makes up for the difficulty.

Did not realize hotel did not have Ar Conditioning or room fans but during our 3 day April stay it did not get hot and management stated normal sea breezes provided adequate cooling.

during this peaceful break in estoril, our stay at smart exceeded expectations. from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and helpful staff, everything resonated with us. it was a fantastic experience.

Hotel was well described in website: clean, small, good parking, friendly staff, convenient for walking into Estoril center, casino, and beach.

Breakfast was small with few options: two rolls, one piece of meat and cheese, fake juice, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Same every day for my six mornings.
